This workshop has been designed for those in business who are struggling to manage their work & personal time.  If do not manage your time well, it leads to heightened stress levels and this in turn leads to more bad time management.  The cycles continues.

Monica Black of Hampstead Hypnotherapy is running this workshop with me and taking on the Stress Management side of the workshop.  Once you feel less stressed, you will then be able to focus on creating more time for yourself and learn all about Time Management from me.

Monica began practising in 2000, after leaving a stressful life in the City, thus making her exceptionally well qualified to help those dealing with the stresses and strains of modern day living, especially those in business.  I have been working with small businesses for the past 15 years, including the running of my own business so I not only have the knowledge of what a small business owner goes through when they become overwhelmed, but I have the strategies to help the business owner manage their time efficiently.

Although every business and every business owner is different, one thing we share is the desire to succeed.
